Outreach sends through a founder-connected mailbox. SMTP sends are implemented now, and the provider boundary is ready for Gmail API or Microsoft Graph later. For Gmail testing today, use `smtp.gmail.com`, `imap.gmail.com`, and a Google app password.

Mailbox passwords are not stored in PostgreSQL. Save the real secret value in the Docker env and put only the env var name here. For Gmail or Google Workspace, use an app password after enabling 2-Step Verification.
